The perfect Martini!!
The olive juice makes a big difference as well. Had one at the Wynn hotel in Vegas and they use very bitter olives. Also my friends and I have been taste testing with the several Vodkas and we rated Absolut and Grey Goose way over Ketel One

Had my first Dirty Martini
I finally got the courage to try it this weekend. I loved it! I prefer Ketel One..and it has to be ice cold.
I am a convert-this is fantastic
This is my number one fav-perfect unwinder.
A real mood lifter under the worst of circumstances.
A pleasant change for any type of drinker.
HOW YOU'D IMAGINE A MARTINI WOULD TASTE.
I JUST RECENTLY STARTED DRINKING MARTINIS. I WAS PREVIOUSLY A JUNK-FOOD DRINKER (SWEET), WITH A PENCHANT FOR TEQUILA. TRIED SEVERAL; THIS ONE REALLY CAUGHT MY TONGUE. THE SECRET IT SEEMS TO ALL IS A GREAT VODKA: KETEL ONE/GREY GOOSE ETC.
Ketel One is a MUST with this recipe.
As you martinis drinkers probably know by now, there are certain ways to manipulate a martini of its taste. I strongly recommend THIS recipe with the greatest martini vodka of them all...Ketel One. The marvelous flavor blend with the sweetness of this vodka and the saltiness of the olive juice makes one HELL of a drink! Absolutely NO vermouth though...why ruin a $7 martini with a 2 cent splash of that stuff??
The absolute definition of the classic martini
