I tried this recipe and was quite impressed. However I also tried a slight change to this recipe. I substituted Gorgonzola cheese for the Blue Cheese. i think the sharper Gorgonzola really sets off the vodka. | perfection

Great Martini (but aren't they all. Except for the chocolate ones which make make hallucinate and wish I were in a far away place)Want to know how to make it even better? Get rid of the blue cheese. Problem was that unless packed tightly the blue cheese runs out of the olive and coats the rim of the glass with a thick and visually displeasing glaze of fromage or however the heck you spell it.
