Instructions:
pour gin, vodka, vermouth and Pernod into shaker with 7 ice cubes Shake 50 times. pour olive juice into a large chilled martini glass. Add olives on a pick. pour from shaker over olives.

Notes:
I treat this as short of a western syle tea ceramony. The long shake infuses the right amount of chill.It also alows me to get into the right mood to sit down and enjoy.
