1Dash(es)Powdered Ginger

1Dash(es)Sugar

Instructions:
Without ice, shake all ingredients until sugar dissolves. Add ice and shake until cold. Pour into martini glass.

Notes:
This is a palate cleanser with bite! It has a clean, peppery taste. The sugar merely takes the "edge" off the ginger. Leaves a great aftertaste. The taste is bitter first, then sweet.
