Ingredients:

1Part(s)Lemon Juice

1Part(s)Sour Mix

1Part(s)LimoncelloLemon Liqueur

Instructions:
Put fresh ice into the shaker, chipped from a block if you have it. Add the ingredients as listed above in equal parts. (One ounce of each is an easy to manage quantity, and it shakes up best at this volume.) Shake VIGOROUSLY for 20 seconds. Pour into chilled martini glasses, garnish with a lemon ring if desired, however, do not float the ring, slice and place on the rim of the glass. Floating garnish seems to add a bitter element to the drink caused by the pith in the lemon rind.

Notes:
We both LOVE the flavor of lemon, and this drink has been a big hit with most friends we've served it to. When we go to a pot luck this is what we get asked to bring. I named it Lemon Head because it reminds me of the old fashioned candy in the blue and white box. Get ready for some serious puckering up!
