make this even better with Meyer lemons
Do yourself a taste treat and use only Meyer lemons with chipped ice; let the lemon juice sit in the ice until slushy (in the freezer) then add the citron vodka and a small dash of Cointreau -- shake and voila' -- delightful on a hot day ;)
Great for a martini
I tried this martini @ club 21 in Galveston, Texas ... I had never tried a martini before but htis one was worth it!!
New to Martini's too
I had been wanting to try something new, and kept wondering what the rage was for Martini's. While at the Ramada in Laughlin, I asked the bartender for a Martini, but didn't want anything too strong. He gave me the Lemon Drop and that is all I have been drinking since. Tastey and smooth.
new to martinis
I keep trying different martinis, hoping to find one I really like. Finally! Had this at The Cheesecake Factory at Caesars's Las Vegas. Absolutely delicious!
Sure doesn't feel like martini going down
Had his drink at a cigar and martini bar in Las Vegas at Ceasars. This is the first time that I had had martini that was sweet yet, still could taste the absolute citron. Came in shaker with 3 shots, needless to say, there was nothing left This was good while enjoying a good cigar
The effect tasted like grapefruit juice.
The effect tasted like grapefruit juice, which I hate. Needed more pizzaaz. But yet I kept drinking it anyways. Hoping it would get better, probably not, I just don't like to waste good alcohol. Oh, well better like next time. In trying a new drink. C U.
