Instructions: Chill your white wine and your glass ware in a freezer for half an hour. Add 1.5oz. Gin and ice to your shaker and shake. Add a dash of Conac to your glass and rinse. Strain Gin into glass and combine 1oz. of chilled Chardonay
and garnish with 1 large size freshly shuked oyster on a stainless steel skewer. Notes: Feel free to play with different types of Gin and experiment with other white wines. You may use a canned oyster or even a smoked oyster if you can't get a hold of any fresh ones, taste will vary. Send this recipe to a friend |
